Quality ISO 9001

I spent over four years working to quality standards within the EAP environment.

We had been ISO 9001 registered from my point of joining and I began to help the company by being on the quality team and doing audits for the Lead Auditor in order to fulfil the quality requirements – but more than that to have processes that worked well for our own company.

I was responsible for updating our registration to the latest issue of the standards and then when our Lead Auditor left the company I was given that role and so headed up quality in all its aspects across the company and obviously with all its suppliers also.

I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and even went on a five day full time course to get the Lead Auditor qualification.

I would be happy to contribute to any quality issue – I was at one point involved with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy in a voluntary role as the Executive responsible for standards within the Coaching Division. As part of that I worked closely with the Coaching Bodies Round Table and contributed to the ongoing work there.
